Blanking equipment

We own over 30 sets of horizontal and vertical sawing machines, with a production capacity of 150000t per year.

♦We establish the technical agreement for raw material purchase according to customers’ requirements and purchase raw materials from qualified suppliers with long-term cooperative relation with us.
♦We have enough inventories of raw materials for various forged pieces to ensure delivery to customers on schedule.
♦To guarantee the quality of forged pieces, we carry out 100% chemical component test for purchased raw materials by batches and accept them as per the technical agreement.

Forging equipment

♦To meet the deformation procedure requirements for forged pieces, we strictly control pre- and post-forging temperatures, and operate in strict accordance with the forging ratio.
♦Forging equipment: small ring rolling machine / medium-sized ring rolling machine / large ring rolling machine / electro-hydraulic hammer / air hammer / press
♦We strictly follow the forging process

Heat treatment equipment

♦We have more than 40 sets of most advanced heat treatment equipment in the industry, including hardening, normalizing and tempering furnaces.
♦Hardening furnace: L5000×W4000×H2200mm, with a charging capacity of 25t/set
♦Tempering furnace: L3800×W2500×H1600mm, with a charging capacity of 15t/set

Machining equipment

♦There are 44 sets of horizontal and vertical lathes in the rough machining workshop to provide customers with semi-finished products
♦Equipment: horizontal lathe / vertical lathe / CNC machining center /CNC lathe

♦The finish machining center has 16 sets of CNC machines and machining equipment, in order to provide customers with finished products
♦Equipment: CNC horizontal lathe machining center / CNC horizontal lathe / CNC vertical lathe / CNC horizontal machining center / CNC gantry machining center

Quality control system

The third-party laboratory has Laboratory Accreditation Certificate of CNAS and meets qualification requirements of ISO:17025.

We have WDW-100E electronic type universal tester with microprocessor control, CHT4350 hydraulic universal tester, JBS300 impact tester with screen display, ASME impact tester, TH500 Rockwell hardness machine, HV-1000 microhardness machine, high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, Japan Olympus GX-41 inverted metallographic microscope, BX-500 field metallographic microscope, professional heat treatment furnace, and other domestic and overseas advanced testing equipment.
